i'm not too sure what to call this blog post

I feel frustrated sometimes. I don't understand what some people say, like from other cultures. When people are talking to me I don't understand a word they're saying and it's driving me nuts, especially in my own house. it doesn't feel like my own house sometimes. Sometimes it does but sometimes it doesn't. I just don't know what to do, that's just me. Maybe i am crazy. My goodness this wax in my ears is driving me nuts. what can i do?
