last weekend

Last weeekend Laura and I we supposed to go out, but nobody answered the phone at Malinda's house - the phone rang and rang and rang like crazy, and I got frustrated. I was trying to tell Linda to answer it, and she was like "I don't know what to do!" and I said 'what do you mean?? All you have to do is just put yourself over there and pick it up and say HELLO! If I was in my electric chair, I would do it.' But I'm hardly in my electric wheelchair at home. Especially not on the weekends. It doesn't make sense, but that's life. What can you do. But Laura and I are going to try again to go out. She's kind of busy these days. She got a new job that she wants to for a long time. She's working with kids, so good for her. But she says she'll be here every second Friday, maybe.

What's going on in my life?...

There's not really much goin' on in my life. Laura and I might go try and find a movie if we can. we don't know what's happening yet, it's too early to tell.

I can't wait to go swimming next month, for the nice jets on my back. Cool pizza.. Maybe we should try to see if there is any shrimp pizza... Is there any such thing as that? i don't even know... Rob says there is, but I don't know, I just made it up.

Sometimes I don't know what to say. Sometimes I get stuck. Like now, so I'm going to love you and leave you.

My Name is Nadia Cordelia Weekes

I was born in 1978 at the Montreal General.

I hate winter. It's soooo cold. So blasted cold. Sometimes I wish I could go to some other hot country just to get away. Yup I need to get away, but I just don't know how. We live in a crazy world these days too, but what can you do?

Hard to get around when you're in a wheelchair too. One of my favorite things to do is to go out, hang out with friends, go shopping and eat food. I like music too.

Let's see, there's so much I'd like to say, but there's not much time. I think I'll just leave it like that.
